A Taste of India: Easy & Delicious Chicken & Lentil Dhal

It’s a beautifully healthy dish, packed full of protein and fiber while remaining very low in calories and fat.

[For the chicken]

Chicken breast
Tandoori spice


[For the dhal]

One whole white onion, chopped
One large green chili, chopped
Tbsp Cumin seeds
Tbsp turmeric
Tsp ground ginger
200g green/red lentils
500ml vegetable broth


[To be served with (optional)]
