If you haven’t tried an Acai Smoothie Bowl, you are in for a treat! Acai is a berry grown mostly in the rain forests of the Amazon. Like other berries, the Acai has tons of health benefits. Aside from assisting in skin health, weight loss, and heart health, these berries are just plain delicious!! Unfortunately you cannot find the berries in the store, but you can find food products made from these berries, and that is what we are putting in our Acai bowls. You can buy Acai juice at just about

1 cup Acai Juice
¼ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
4 Whole Strawberries
Blueberries for topping
Raspberries for topping
¼ cup granola
coconut for topping
¼ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
4 Whole Strawberries
Blueberries for topping
Raspberries for topping
¼ cup granola
coconut for topping
Pour 1 cup of acai juice into ice cube trays and freeze until frozen. (We usually do this the night before)
Blend together frozen Acai juice, banana, yogurt, and strawberries.
Pour into a bowl.
