Crazy Addictive Buttered Rum Pretzel Bark is an easy and quick dessert to make for the holidays. Your family and friends won't be able to resist the combination of sweet and salty flavors. I dare you to eat just one!

4 cups mini pretzels ( or enough to lay in a single layer on your cookie sheet )
1 cup pecans ( chopped )
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons light rum
dash of cinnamon
16 ozs semi-sweet chocolate chips ( plus a handful more for sprinkling )
