Afghan cookies are a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cookie with lovely crunches of cornflakes throughout.

180g Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 and 1/4 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 and 1/4 Cups Cornflakes
Ganache;
50g Dark Chocolate
50mL Cream
