Delicious air fryer potato wedges.

1 piece Large Potato ( Cut into wedges )
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1. Slice potato into wedges.
2. Season wedges with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and oil.
3. Place potato wedges in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 400F.
4. Serve immediately.

1 small Vidalia onion
2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
salt and pepper ( to taste )
