This is SO flavourful! Not going to lie, this isn't the healthiest dish but this is a definite cheat dish. It is rich and cheesy and the leftovers taste even better the next day!

4 slices bacon ( chopped )
1 teaspoon oil
3 chicken breasts ( chopped )
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup white mushrooms ( sliced )
1 cup Cremini mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 package dried rigatoni
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups smoked cheddar cheese

Cook bacon in a deep skillet until crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel line baking sheet and set aside.
