1 cup cornmeal
1 cup pure pumpkin puree
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 whole egg whites
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
