· 1 cup water
· 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
· 2 cups all-purpose flour
· 2 cups granulated sugar
· 1 tsp baking soda
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1/2 cup sour cream

· 6 Tbsp milk
· 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
· 3 3/4 cup powdered sugar
· 1 cup water
· 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
