How to Make Your Own Cake Flour

3 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons corn starch
Measure out your three cups of flour and pour into the bowl that you are using. Now remove 6 tablespoons of flour and pour back into your flour container. Add 6 tablespoons of cornstarch to the flour in the bowl and sift together until they are completely incorporated. You now have 3 cups of cake flour! You can adapt this recipe to any amount of cake flour that you need - for every cup of flour, remove 2 tablespoons of the flour and replace with 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
