Angel's Envy Whiskey Grilled Peaches With Streusel

The smooth flavor, and the smokiness from the barrel inspired me to create this perfect summer treat. It goes perfectly with a small fire, friends, and a great summer evening.

2 fresh peaches, halved
1 1/2 tablespoons Angel’s Envy whiskey
3 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
