Antipasto Salad Kabobs

A great start or your Labor Day cookouts.

Labor Day:
2 7 ounce containers of fresh mozzarella balls
2 4 ounce packages of prosciutto
1/2 lb. genoa salami, sliced thin
1 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers
1 6 ounce can black olives
1 bag leaf lettuce
  1. Lay out all the ingredients on your cutting board.
  2. Alternate ingredients onto skewers any way you'd like. Add lettuce after every few ingredients.
