This gluten free Apple and Almond Cake is packed with apples, almonds, a good dose of honey and love. Plus it smells amazing when baking!!

1.5 cups Almond meal
1/2 cup LSA ( If you don't have LSA or don't want to purchase it, omit it and use 200g or 2 cups of almond meal in total for the recipe )
1 Teaspoon Backing powder ( gluten free )
1/4 cup Light olive oil
1/4 cup Honey
2 Teaspoons Vanilla bean paste
2 Eggs
2 Granny smith apples ( cored, peeled and finely diced )
