Apple and Cinnamon Healthy Oatmeal Muffins

These healthy oatmeal muffins are sugar-free, low carb, a good source of protein, easy to make and incredibly delicious. And making an awesome breakfast in advance can be a lifesaver later down the road.

12 muffins
Apple Sauce:
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of water
3 tablespoons of honey
Oatmeal Muffins:
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 large eggs
Cooking spray

Apple Sauce:
