This easy Apple Bread is made from scratch with applesauce, warm spices, and plenty of fresh apples. The moist and tender quick bread is topped with cinnamon and sugar for a delicious breakfast or snack that's ready for the oven in just 15 minutes!

1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla extract
1 t lemon juice
1 c applesauce
2 c all-purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t cloves
1/8 t ground ginger
1/2 t salt
1 c peeled finely-chopped apple
Topping:
2 T sugar
1 t cinnamon
