Crispy little pillows of deliciousness! This falafel recipe is the only one you'll need. It has great texture, bold flavors and the most amazing tahini dipping sauce.

For the falafel:
15 oz Can of chickpeas
2 cups Fresh parsley ( chopped )
2 Lemons
4 Cloves of garlic ( minced )
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Grape seed oil
Cooking spray
For the Tahini Dipping Sauce:
2 tablespoons Tahini paste
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Lemon
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
