1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain/all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 small apples ( peeled, cored, and chopped into small cubes )
