1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
2 medium apples ( peeled and cut into quarters )
