In France, the circular hollow baking molds are called the Savarin mold. This is an apple, cinnamon cake baked in a Savarin mold, an ideal for the Holiday season.

2 Apple
1 cup Flour
7 grams Baking Powder
1 cup Sugar
100 grams Butter ( Unsalted )
5 Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
7 dashes Vanilla Essence
1/3 cup Icing sugar
5 grams Salt
  1. Peel the apples and chop them into cubes.
  2. Add the cinnamon powder and 1/3 cup sugar to the apples and toss well to coat each cube with the cinnamon and sugar. Keep it aside.
