2 large eggs ( room temperature )
2 large Granny Smith apples ( peeled, cored, diced )
2 large Honey Crisp apples ( peeled, cored, diced )
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats ( not quick-cooking )
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter ( melted )
1 cup powdered sugar
