1 flax meal
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp coconut oil ( melted )
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
Drizzle:
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1.5 tbsp warm water
1-2 drops liquid stevia
2 tbsp chia seeds
