2 tbsp whole ground mustard
2 tsp dill
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp brown sugar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tart apple
2 pears (one green, one red)
1 cucumber (can use seedless if available)
1/2 c chopped sweet onion

1/2 c chopped sweet onion
Mix mustard, dill, vinegar, brown sugar and olive oil together in a small bowl. Remove seeds from cucumber. Thinly slice apple, pears and cucumber. Toss fruit together with onion and dressing. Serve chilled.
