This Apple Pie Chia Pudding recipe is 100% vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and healthy!

1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2.5 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 cup (100 ml) of unsweetened non-dairy milk
Topping:
1/2 of a medium-size apple
1 tablespoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Add all the ingredients to a jar (or a small glass) and stir together. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place chia pudding in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
