Apple Pie Grilled Cheese! Eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A fun and delicious twist on a classic!

4 slices of your favorite bread. I used Apple Strudel Bread, but cinnamon swirl would be delicious as well!
½ package brie (4 oz)
mascarpone cheese
butter for bread (optional)
½ can apple pie filling
APPLE PIE FILLING INGREDIENTS (OPTIONAL):
1 tbsp butter, divided
2 honeycrisp apples cut into slices
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ package brie (4 oz)
