APPLE PIE OATS VEGAN GF SOY FREE

This is the perfect Sunday breakfast sitting outside on the patio! it tastes like an Apple Pie but super simple to make and such a comforting fall recipe with the aroma of cinnamon spreading through your house!

¾ plus 1 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup water
½ cup vanilla almond milk
½ tsp vanilla
1 small apple or ½ med apple (chopped small)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS in a small/medium pan on medium heat add your water and almond milk let heat for a minute or so then add you vanilla, maple syrup part of the cinnamon (keep some for sprinkling over the top)...
