This is the perfect Sunday breakfast sitting outside on the patio! it tastes like an Apple Pie but super simple to make and such a comforting fall recipe with the aroma of cinnamon spreading through your house!
¾ plus 1 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup water
½ cup vanilla almond milk
½ tsp vanilla
1 small apple or ½ med apple (chopped small)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
dash of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
in a small/medium pan on medium heat add your water and almond milk let heat for a minute or so
then add you vanilla, maple syrup part of the cinnamon (keep some for sprinkling over the top)...
