How to make the perfect overnight oats, every time!

FOUNDATION
½ cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
LIQUID
½ cup sweetened almond milk
FRUIT
1 large apple, diced (peel on or off)
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
? tsp nutmeg (a pinch)
? tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp maple syrup
EXTRAS
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
