1 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sliced apples ( peeled )
Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 cup sugar

Combine and beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Add flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Stir in nuts and apples.
