Arancini Balls Recipe with Tomato and Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

You want to know how you can take arancini up a notch? Fill them with goats cheese, then dip them in a spicy tomato and red pepper dipping sauce. I guarantee that your guests will just want to keep coming back for more.
10 arancini balls
400 g tinned crushed tomatoes
200 g jarred roasted red peppered
1 red chilli roughly chopped
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic peeled and roughly chopped
20 g of fresh basil leaves
600 g leftover cold risotto
3 eggs
25 g of goats cheese
150 g of plain flour mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper
150 g of breadcrumbs mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper
Plenty of vegetable oil for deep frying
200 g jarred roasted red peppered
1 red chilli roughly chopped
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
