Arroz con Gandules

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 green pepper - chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
1/2 slice of cooked ham - chopped
15 green pimiento olives
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of sazon goya
1/2 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 15 oz can of Gandules (Pigeon Beans) - with liquid
2 cups of long grained white rice
3 cups of water
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in large pot on medium high heat Saute onions, peppers, and garlic - stirring occasionally Add in salt, packet of sazon goya, ham and olives. Give a good mix Pour in tomato sauce....
