Artichoke and Mushroom Calzone

Artichoke and Mushroom Calzone; a large pocket of pizza dough filled with your favorite ingredients. Mushrooms, artichokes, garlic, basil and two kinds of cheese. With all that flavor who needs sauce!

pizza dough (half the recipe)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 portebello mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke bottoms, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chili paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated
1 cup fresh mozzarella, pulled apart
1 tablespoon fresh basil, torn
Optional Garnish: olive oil, salt and pepper
