Arugula Pear Salad with Tahini Dressing

2 tablespoons blue cheese ( crumbled )
1/2 cup walnuts ( chopped )
For the Tahini dressing:
1/3 cup tahini sesame paste
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 lemon ( juiced )

3 tablespoons Water to thin
