200 g Arugula
80 g Parmesan
40 g WalNuts
1. Arugula is broken by hand, salted and let it to rest for a few minutes. 2. Parmesan cheese is cut into thin strips. In a bowl put arugula, season with salt and pepper, parmesan and walnuts and sprinkle it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Enjoy!
