Asiago Cheese Bread

My husband is a great one to go through the refrigerator and look for things to be eaten or made into something that could be frozen. This time it was Asiago Cheese. This is what we came up with.

6-8 cups flour
2 Tbsp Saf yeast
1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 cups hot water (as hot as you can get out of your tap)
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 1/2 cups grated Asiago Cheese, grated
2 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Saf yeast

In mixer bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, powdered milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix in water and 1 well beaten egg. Add one more cup of flour and then alternate 2 cups of Asiago cheese and enough flour...
