Asian Chicken Dumplings (Two Ways). Step by step tutorial for pan fried and steamed dumplings. They both take less than 30 minutes to make!

1/2 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup green cabbage
1 1/2 tablespoons green onion, roughly chopped
a couple dashes fish sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
16-20 dumpling or wonton wrappers
cabbage leaves for the bamboo steamer
oil for pan frying
water for steaming
soy sauce for dipping, if desired
Add ground chicken, cabbage, green onion, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, soy sauce and ginger to a food processor until ground. Divide the mixture among the wrappers. Typically takes about 16-20 wrappers...
