Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

This is SO good! It tastes like Mr. Noodles Cup of Soup but WITH real chicken, real veggies and layers of amazing flavours! It takes about 15-20 minutes to make and you can have a different kind of chicken noodle soup that the whole family will LOVE!

2 tablespoons oil
2 cups peas and carrots ( frozen )
6 green onions ( sliced )
4 cloves garlic ( pressed )
2 tablespoons ginger ( peeled and minced )
1 roasted chicken ( meat off bones )
8 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups coleslaw
2 packages dry ramen ( seasoning packets discarded )
1/2 cup cilantro ( chopped )
2 cups peas and carrots ( frozen )

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onions, garlic and ginger and saute 2 minutes, set aside.
