1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 carrots, shredded (about 1 c.)
1/4- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
8 iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
For the Sauce
1/4 c. Pacific Beach Organic Unsalted Peanut Butter
2 Tbs. gluten-free soy sauce
1-1 1/2 Tbs. white or rice vinegar
2 Tbs. honey
