Asian Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps

This meal is a new take on any leftover pulled pork and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. I'd call that a weeknight regular! I went with a "the fork is all I need" attitude and added green onions, bean sprouts and much sriracha to mine. It was divine. My husband used lettuce and ate his wrap-style. We both went back for seconds and clearly didn't make enough. Two thumbs up for this new staple recipe at our house!

4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Sugar (I used Stevia)
Black Pepper to taste
Pulled pork (pre-cooked, no bbq sauce)
3 Cloves of Garlic
Cabbage
Lettuce for wrapping (optional)
Green Onions (optional)
Sprouts (optional)
