The Creamy Cheesy goodness of this casserole with ham makes one hearty tasty dinner

2 cups cooked ham, cubed
8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
