Aunt Tek's Casserole

This recipe comes from my husband's aunt, who had a huge family and needed something cheap and easy for family get-togethers. It's the ultimate comfort food!

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 8-oz. cans diced tomatoes
12 oz. cooked macaroni
8 oz sour cream
1-2 tsp garlic
1 tsp Emeril’s essence
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 TBSP olive oil
Preheat oven to 350. Brown and drain ground beef. Heat oilin a pan. Add & sauté the garlic, onion and pepper. Mix in tomatoes and macaroni. Away from heat, add sour cream, essence and ½ cup cheese. Put in casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
