2 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Shank Steaks
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
2 Large Yellow Sweet Onions ( julienned )
3 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Ground Caraway Seeds
4 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Hungarian Hot Paprika
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Bay Leaves
4 cups Beef Stock ( divided )
Dumplings :
1 1/8 cup All Purpose Flour
2 1/3 tsp Kosher Salt ( divided )
1 PINCH Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Whole Milk
3 tbsp Butter
