2 Large Yellow Sweet Onions ( julienned )

4 cups Beef Stock ( divided )
Dumplings :
1 1/8 cup All Purpose Flour
2 1/3 tsp Kosher Salt ( divided )
1 PINCH Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Whole Milk
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
