My favorite food is, and always has been, Avocados. You can eat them with everything, and trust me when I say I definitely do! I stumbled across some Avocado Pasta on Pinterest and knew I had to try it! I modified it to include all my favorite foods- tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and of course I added an extra avocado. ;) Avocado lovers, you are in for a treat!

12 ounces cooked pasta (I used spaghetti, any other kind would work!)
2 avocados
? cup fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
