A healthy avocado salsa recipe with jicama for extra crunch! This is the perfect low carb or keto topping for chicken, pork, or these delicious zucchini salmon patties.

2 avocados ( peeled and cut into chunks )
1 cup jicama ( peeled and diced finely )
1/4 cup cilantro ( chopped finely )
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons red onion ( chopped finely )
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 jalapeno ( to taste )
