Today we created the best Avocado Salmon Toast ever!
If you are in a hurry or simply don't have time for cooking, this recipe makes a perfect lunch or quick breakfast.

1/2 ripe avocado
1 larger piece of smoked salmon
1 piece crispbread
1/2 lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hemp hearts
