Cold nights call for something warm and hearty like this delicious chili! Full of all the ingredients you love in your chili and flavor that will make you go back for a seconds!

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon
1/2 cup onion ( chopped )
15 oz can pork and beans
15 oz can kidney beans ( drained )
15 oz can chili
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
to taste black pepper
  1. Brown ground beef, diced bacon and onion. Drain. Pour into crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with cheese, sour cream or any other desired toppings. Serves 4-5. ...

Ridiculously easy and quick vegan spinach soup. 5-ingredients, but nothing fancy or hard to get. Creamy, healthy, not to mention kid-friendly.

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
300 grams Fresh Spinach Leaves ( approx. 10 oz )
600 ml Vegetable broth ( approx. 2.5 cup )
2 Potatoes
Salt
Pepper

Wash the fresh spinach leaves. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Peel and dice potatoes. The smaller you dice them, the shorter will be your cooking time.
