If you are into grilling like we are, you are going to love these burgers. I love bacon, so the bacon relish was a no brainer, only this time, I made the bacon and added some balsamic toward the end, and incorporated onion rings.

FOR THE BURGERS
4 burger patties
salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce, to taste
FOR THE BACON
6 slices thick cut bacon
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
FOR THE MAYO
1/3 cup of mayo
garlic powder
ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS
12 onion rings (on the smaller side), plus extra if you are like me and cannot resist eating them
4 ciabatta rolls
Gorgonzola cheese
