4 Hamburger or Brioche Buns
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
1 lb. ground meat
1 tablespoon ground mustard
