Bacon, Beer and Cheese Sloppy Joes
Sloppy Joes are simmered in beer for a subtle beer flavor.
8 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup dark beer
1/2 cup beef broth
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
6 hamburger buns
