Cheese balls make a fun tasty centerpiece at parties. To make this cheese ball even more festive, it is shaped and decorated to look like a snowman. Perfect to enjoy at your Christmas party as this cute Christmas themed appetizer. The cheese ball can be prepared ahead of time for up to a couple of days in advance.

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 oz. ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 small carrot
sliced black olives
