Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges with Honey Sauce

OMG! These are amazing! Honey and bacon, can you go wrong?

4 potatoes
8 slices thick bacon, cut in 1/2
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 375. Bake bacon for a few minutes... not too much but just get it started. Cut each potato into 4 wedges, spray with Pam and season with salt & pepper. Put wedges on a plate and microwave...

A new twist on the classic Grasshopper.

2 fl oz Dahlia Tequila Cristalino
.75 fl. oz. Mint Liqueur
1 fl oz Unsweetened Coconut Cream
1 fl oz Coconut Water
.5 fl. oz. Lime Juice
1

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Double strain to serve over crushed pebble ice.
Garnish with mint.
