Bacon Wrapped Saucy Meatloaf

This is a moist meatloaf that drips with sauce and has the extra goodness of bacon wrapped around it for a twist on your classic comfort food.

3/4 cup milk
5 slices bread
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¾ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
8 slices bacon
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
