Base:
200 grams ANZAC Biscuits
50 grams Butter
Filling:
500 grams Cream Cheese ( Room temperature )
100 grams Golden Caster Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste
4 Large Eggs
160 ml Coconut Cream
White Chocolate Ganache:
220 grams White Chocolate ( finely chopped or grated )
75 ml Cream ( not thickened, pouring cream )
Toffee:
4 ANZAC Biscuits
1 Cup Caster Sugar ( superfine sugar )
  1. Preheat oven 160°C (320°F). Line the base of a 21cm (8 inch) springform cake tin with baking paper. Grease the sides of the tin with butter.
