This dish takes inspiration from combining leftover fried or roasted chicken with a spaghetti sauce base and layering it with rice to make a complete meal.

1 tablespoon Butter ( melted )
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 tablespoon Garlic ( minced )
1/2 piece Onion ( chopped )
2 cups Cooked chicken meat ( cut into cubes )
1/2 kilogram Spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Fine salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Cheese Sauce:
1 1/2 tablespoon Butter ( melted )
1 1/2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Quickemelt cheese ( grate )
3 cups Cooked rice
